Overall Return Guidelines

 

These are Prime Camera’s (“Prime Camera”, “we” or “our”) Overall Return Guidelines applicable only to products purchased by you directly from the Prime Camera website. All returns must meet the overall guidelines in order for the individual return policy to apply.

 

  • All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  You may obtain an RMA number by contacting Prime Camera Customer Service at 713-988-2818 or email returns@primecamera.com.
  • Returns for refund may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable
  • Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.
  • Prime Camera is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.
  • Prime Camera is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.
  • All products that are new with the retail packaging never opened can be returned to Prime Camera within 30 days regardless of the individual return policy.
  • Prime Camera can only refund the original purchase price. 

 

 Products that are received by Prime Camera in any of the following conditions are not eligible for return and may be rejected:

 

  • All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box (including an intact UPC code) and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
  • Any product not purchased from Prime Camera
  • Any product that does not exhibit the described reason for the return.
  • Any product with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number label, manufacturer model or part number label, and/or warranty label
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product. Refund returns received in this condition may incur a restocking fee or be rejected. 
  • Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging
  • Any product that exhibits physical damage
  • If you received your product damaged, please email returns@primecamera.com for guidelines and instructions on how to resolve this issue. This would not be considered a return.
  • Any product for which you have submitted a mail-in rebate
  • Any product which appears tampered, customized, or altered in any way.

 

Standard Return Policy

 

  • Return for refund within: 30 days
  • Return for replacement within: 30 days
    • Return shipping labels are free for replacement returns of the same item within the return policy period and can be obtained while creating your return online. Email returns@primecamera.com for more details.
  • Special order products are not eligible for return
  • Any product that is returned with markings or writing made by customer on the original box is not eligible for return.

 

Replacement Only Return Policy

 

  • Return for refund within: non-refundable
  • Return for replacement within: 30 days
    • Return shipping labels are free for replacement returns of the same item within the return policy period and can be obtained while creating your return online. Email returns@primecamera.com for more details. 

This is our Replacement Only Return Policy. Items covered by this policy (those products for which Prime Camera states "This item may be returned for a replacement within 30 days only") must be returned to Prime Camera within 30 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply. Products covered by this return policy may only be returned for a replacement of the same item. If the original item is no longer available, a refund in the amount of the price originally paid will be issued. Products subject to this policy cannot be returned for a refund.

 

Manufacturer Only Return Policy

 

  • Return for refund within: non-refundable
  • Return for replacement within: non-replaceable

This is our Manufacturer Only Return Policy. Items covered by this policy (those products for which Prime Camera states "This item cannot be returned for a replacement or refund" cannot be returned to Prime Camera. These products are covered by a Manufacturer Warranty which can be obtained by contacting the respective manufacturer for assistance after purchase. 

 

International Return Policy

 

  • Return for refund within: 15 days
  • Return for replacement within: 15 days

Defective or damaged products that state "This item is covered by Prime Camera's International Return Policy" must have an RMA number issued by Prime Camera within 15 days from the delivery date for this policy to apply. In the event a product is returned that is not defective, the product will either be returned to the customer or the return shipping cost initially covered by Prime Camera will instead be deducted from the refund amount along with any necessary restocking fee that may apply. Additional Return Information

 

Combo and Kit Specials

 

Combo and Kit Specials include two or more items that must be purchased together in order to receive a discount.

Items sold as part of a Combo or Kit may be returned individually for replacement within the applicable Prime Camera Return Policy Period for that individual item.

If an individual Combo or Kit item is returned for a refund, the applicable discount will be voided, and the discounted amount will be deducted from the amount of the refund. If your combo/kit discount amount is greater than the individual unit price of the item you wish to return, then the item cannot be returned for a refund; you will need to return all items in the combo/kit in order to receive a refund.
For example: if your combo/kit discount was $5, and you return one of the items for a refund, the $5 will be deducted from your refund amount.

 

Manufacturer Promotional Items and Prime Camera Gifts

 

Manufacturers may offer free promotional items with their products. For example, a video card may come with a free game or a Blu-ray player may come with a free Blu-ray disc. To receive a full refund on a purchase that offers promotional items all items must be returned. The cost of any promotional items not returned will be deducted from the refund total.

Prime Camera may also offer gifts to valued customers for their continued support as well as for special giveaways. These gifts are not part of any purchase value and therefore do not have to be returned.

 

Out-of-Stock (Back-Order) Items

 

If Prime Camera no longer carries an item that is sent in for replacement, or if that item is simply out of stock, Prime Camera will issue you a refund. If the item is returned within 30 days of the original invoice date, a full refund will be issued. A current-market-value refund may not exceed the original invoice price.

 

Quantity Purchases

 

While Prime Camera is more than happy to fill your order for a quantity of ten (10) or more of any given item in our inventory on a single purchase order, please understand that an order of that size, once purchase is completed, is automatically non-refundable. All other specific conditions related to the ordered item still apply, including any and all stipulations relative to any available replacement return policies.
